Ms S.E. WALKER: Why has the minister not put this provision across the board? Why is there not a provision in the Criminal Code that anyone who runs away from a crime gets 10 years?
Mr M.J. COWPER: I have not yet received an answer from the minister but I will try to put this to bed for the benefit of the member for Nedlands.
Dr G.G. Jacobs: I would like to go to bed.
Mr M.J. COWPER: I also would like to go to bed – but not with the member!
