Mr Johnson: Do a cartwheel, Rod.
Mr Schwarten: At least he could do one. You couldn’t. You wouldn’t be able to get up off the ground.
Mr SPEAKER: Order! Minister.
Mr WELFORD: I observed the honourable member doing a roll down the hill the other day, Mr Speaker.
Mr Johnson: What sort of a roll?
Mr Schwarten: A backflip probably.
An opposition member: A jelly roll!
Mr WELFORD: A jelly roll! Come on, you are detracting attention from my ministerial statement.
